Testimony

• Medical consultants will not be asked to appear before the Board to give testimony. The Board will rely on your report when considering a case.

• However, if a case proceeds to a full evidentiary hearing before an Administrative Law Judge, the consultant may be asked to appear telephonically or in person. (This happens in less than 1% of all cases).
